What credits are and how we measure them.

All newly signed up schools receive 500 credits. Credits measure the application data your school keeps in Classflows, and each saved record has a credit value.

Example free allowance

A sample mix within 500 credits is approximately 600 students, 80 classes and 800 bookings.

Approximate example based on observed school usage. Actual capacity will vary because parents, teachers, venues, audit logs and other saved records also share the included credit allowance.

Transactional emails—including login codes, booking confirmations, receipts and payment links—are unlimited and do not reduce the broadcast email allowance. Online payment processing fees are separate from credits and add-ons.
